Your quote and scope
Package starting prices help you explore your options. Before work begins, we agree your deliverables, features, revision rounds, timeline and complete payable price in writing. Complex functionality is individually quoted. No payment is collected by this version of the website.
Systems and PC builds
Bespoke systems and custom PCs are individually quoted. A system quote identifies the functionality, integrations, data handling, hosting and maintenance responsibilities. A PC quote identifies the specification, component costs, build work, testing and applicable warranty arrangements. Parts are not ordered until the specification and payment arrangements are agreed.
Payments
The proposed payment schedule for standard projects is a 50% deposit after scope agreement and the remaining 50% after approval, before launch. Larger bespoke projects may use agreed milestones. Your written project agreement confirms the applicable schedule and cancellation terms.
Content and timing
Customers supply their business details, logo, wording and images unless content creation is included in the quote. Please supply material you have permission to use. A delivery schedule is agreed once the scope, required content and access are available.
Changes and revisions
Essential includes two design revision rounds and Business includes three. A round is a consolidated set of feedback within the agreed scope. New requirements can be quoted separately. Corrections to mistakes in our delivered work do not use your revision allowance.
Ownership and handover
Your domain should be registered in your name or account. After the agreed payment, you receive the website source, relevant access and a handover guide. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.
After launch
We include 30 days of support for faults in the delivered work. This does not include new features, ongoing content updates or an ongoing maintenance service. Hosting, domain renewals, third-party fees and responsibility for future technical maintenance are agreed before launch.
